Claudia Vargas Aguayo
Business development and consulting executive with over 20 years of experience. Claudia is driving digital transformation, CRM, loyalty and relationship projects in industries such as retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, banking and tourism.
She has led the introduction of renowned international platforms, specifically in Mexico (Xeerpa, DRU-ID, Gigya/SAP Customer Data Cloud, among others). She managed high-impact regional projects for global companies such as Merck, Mead Johnson, Ford, Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, and Diageo.
Her approach combines overall commercial strategy, project management and technological vision. She achieved sustained increases in sales, cost optimisation and strengthened customer loyalty. With experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, she has implemented innovative business models, won strategic tenders and developed solid commercial relationships in highly competitive environments.
Claudia holds a degree in Cybernetics and Computer Science from La Salle University and a Master’s degree in e-Business from the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid, specialising in CRM and Business Intelligence.
